Tokyo is definitely one of the most modernness and greatest city in the world. The vibrant of the city is excited and fun. When I think of my trip in Tokyo. I had a wonderful memory of fashion district and fish market, but let me start talking about Harjuku first. Harajuku is a fashion district in Sinbuya ward. It is a popular are where you will see group of cross dressing people. These young Japanese people dress up in themes cartoon characters, from head to toes. It was very interesting to see. The vibrant of Harajuku district is excited and fun. The japanese cross dresser were seem to welcome to let you photograph as well. If you one of those people who is extremely confident and not a shame to dress up in theme cartoon and walk on the street. It may be a good chance to throw yourself into one of your favorite themes cartoon. I am sure nobody on Harajuku would think you are crazy because this district is exist for some crazy weird stuff.
Other than group of cross dressing Harajuku, This area is one of greatest place to go for shopping. I am not really talking about high end brand name or any brand name your will see on 5 avenue in New York or Le Bon Marche in Paris. Those fashion brand on Harajuku district have such a strong character of their own designs. I spent a lot of time each stores around there. What I really love the most was the shop that sale toys etc. I have not seen those cool and cute stuff from any other shopping mall in the world before. I became like a kid shopping for those dolls and toys. They are so unique and different. If you are a toy lover. You may find a few interesting toy stores where you search for a unique pieces of toys for your collection. At least I bought like full bags of little dolls back home, walking around here I always got distract by Japanese street fashion. I really enjoy watching people around here since they are so different and they pretty much represent one of an image that people can imagine about Tokyo.
More than a city of fashion. Tokyo has best fish market in the world. At Tsukiji fish market is the biggest wholesale fish marie in the world. Here you will see the best quality of tuna, octopus, shrimp, shell fish, crabs and many to mention. I was having a wonderful time walking through the fish market. It was incredibly interesting to see. It was very clean and even tho it did not smell fishy because those seafood is so fresh. While I was looking around the seafood. I was thinking to myself that I wish I could buy some of these fresh seafood and cook it but since I stayed at the hotel so it was not impossible, in cause you plan to visit Tokyo for a long time and if you rent out an apartment. I definitely think you will have a lot of fun to buy some fresh seafood and cook it at home, but the seafood is so fresh. People here seem to eat them raw as you know it as Sashimi.
Even Tokyo is a big modern city but It is also a city with many magnificant historical sightseein such as Tokyo Imperial Palace, Edo Castle and many more stunning temples around the city. The Japanese architecture is so sophisticated and delicacy in details. All around the beauty of authentic Japanese architecture are usually set with the beauty of traditional Japanese garden which make the location seem so peaceful and beautiful. People here put a lot of attention for their traditonal Japanese garden, espcially when I visited Himeji Castle. There were so many delicacy well taking care of Bonsai trees that set around the castle. It was abosolutely gorgoues and peaceful.

Best Season:
The best time to visit Tokyo are Spring and Autumn,Spring in Tokyo may still have cool, rainy weather until May. I recommend late May and cherry blossoms in March and April. The blossoms last only a few days. Tokyo may still have cool, rainy weather until May, so be sure to bring a light raincoat or jacket.
Autumn, which lasts September through November, is one of the best times to visit Tokyo. The days are pleasant and slightly cool, the skies are a brilliant blue, and the maple trees turn scarlet. Bring a warm jacket
